Member to submit architect plan for the civil work with Society Manager @ societymanager@blueridgeunitb.co.in
Society Manager to forward the plan to township @ townshiphelpdesk@blueridge.in
Township to approve the plan as per the policy
Township to inspect the flat and provide quotation for the civil work
Member to pay refundable security deposit of 10,000/- to the Society
Township to carry out the civil work post fulfilment of their terms of payment
Township to issue a confirmation email to Unit-B @ brub-mc@blueridgeunitb.co.in that work has been done as per the sanctioned plan
Society to return the refundable security deposit to member post inspection by Society Manager
Dismantling of non-load bearing walls
Erecting new wall whether full or partial using concrete/bricks
Replacement of bathroom tiles
Chiseling of walls to lay new concealed wiring/switch boards etc.
Core cutting of load bearing walls for exhaust pipes of chimney, AC etc.
Installing iron grills/box grills outside of the glass sliding windows
Pls note: Society reserves the right to take suitable action (including lodging FIR and/or legal action) in such case where SoPs are not followed by member and work done by external contractor results in weakening/threatening stability of the building (e.g. dismantling of load bearing walls, chiseling of load bearing walls, core cutting of load bearing walls, erecting heavy walls in places where it should not be, etc.)
