Note : As per the instructions of Hinjawadi Police, all tenants/or respective flat owners are required to submit their verification documents at the Police Station. Only documents bearing the original police seal and a unique verification number will be accepted by the society office.
If a POA (Power of Attorney) exists, only a registered POA is accepted; notarised POA is NOT accepted.
Onboarding charges must be paid for both new move-ins and agreement renewals.
