Before commencing any civil work, work permit to be taken from Gate 4 security and  Rs. 10000/- refundable deposit to be paid at society office. Deposit will be returned once the member clears the debris out of society premises and society office finds the common areas (lobby, garbage room, staircases, parking slot as the case may be) satisfactorily cleaned during inspection.

Refundable security deposit of Rs 5000/- to be deposited at society office. This will be returned 

once the member clears the packaging material/debris out of society premises and society office finds the common areas (lobby, garbage room, staircases, service lift mats, parking slot as the case may be) satisfactorily cleaned during inspection.

Delivery boys shall NOT be allowed inside the premises from midnight to 6 AM in the morning. Delivery needs to be taken from the gate by residents during this period.

Feeding of Stray Dogs should be done strictly at the location specified by township and not in the society premises or basements. 

Pets to be ferried in Service Lifts because some pets are guard dogs that can attack people and some residents (kids included) are scared of canines irrespective of the breed.
