Ticket for NOC needs to be raised on MyGate App. If NOC for Bank is required two separate ticket needs to be raised on MyGate.

A specific application if NOC to a Bank is required (Format ‘Bank NOC Application)
Buyers PAN Card for verification of Signatures.
In case of Corporate Owners – Certified True Copy (in Original) of Board Resolution authorising any official to execute all documents along with signature vetted and PAN Card to authenticate signature of person signing the CTC.
Pl note to complete all details in the form. Do not leave any part blank. Pl use appropriately ‘I’ and ‘We’ depending on single or joint holders.
If Selling/Buying is happening through Power of Attorney (POA) holders, please appropriately include reference of POA.
Payment of Requisite Transfer Fee (Transfer Premium of Rs. 25,000/-; Transfer Fee of Rs. 500/-, Entrance Fee of Rs. 100/- + GST of 18% = Rs. 30,208/-) and credit of the same in Society Account is pre-requisite.
All dues to the society should be cleared. NOC requests received in the months of March, June, Sept and December will have to pay for the following quarters maintenance also as at the time of issue there should be no dues and NOC issues takes about a month’s time.
As per Bye-Law’s all NOC need approval of the Management Committee (MC). Only on submission of all documents and acceptance by the Society Manager (within 3 working days of submission of all completed documents) of its completion will the same be placed before the MC. Please note MC meetings happen once a month and are generally held on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
The NOC shall be issued only in prescribed format with Checklist attached. (Format ‘NOC1’ and ‘Checklist’ attached)
The Bank NOC shall be issued only in prescribed format (Attached ‘NOC2’) and no change shall be made as these are legally recommended basis current documentations available.
NOC requests shall not be processed if original share certificates have not been issued/taken by the member. In such a situation, first complete the procedure for receiving share certificate from the society. Thereafter, NOC requests shall be taken up.
NOC’s shall be issued only to the Owners. In extreme and unavoidable situation, it can be handed over to authorised representative of the Owners. The authorisation should be in writing and duly attested.
Verification of all documentation including wordings and blanks filled in.
Verification of signatures with documents available with the society and Id Proofs submitted for both buyers and sellers.
Check for dues and collection of transfer fee and clearance from Accountant and Treasurer in writing.
If Bank NOC issued – then noting of Charge on the Share Register and in the respective File of the flat.
Complete the checklist.
Placement before the MC
Issue basis prescribed format with AC Ticket No. Reference.
